OFF-SITE CAR PARKING.
As a part of our license we are unable to park everyone ON-SITE, this is due to the restrictive nature of driving through Etherow Country Park which is recognised as a site of special scientific interest and is a natural nature reserve which has wildlife and residents to consider. As such we are required to park the vast majority of vehicles off-site on a farmers field (SK6 5HH). This is Approx. 2 miles from the festival gate, we operate a shuttle bus (each day - all day) with trailer which will take you and your camping gear directly to the festival gates in 5-6 Minutes. The Shuttle bus is included in your ticket.
ON-SITE PARKING
This is only available for Motorhomes, Campervans, Cars with Caravans & Blue Badge Holders, a separate ticket must be purchased to gain entrance to the festival site and be able to drive through Etherow Country Park. Once you have purchased your ticket please send your ticket booking reference number, vehicle registration and drivers mobile phone to info@firestormmanchesterrockfestival.co.uk
We will email you back a print at home pass for you to display and gain entrance to drive through Etherow Country Park to the festival site
Your details (Mobile number) are kept with security on-site.
NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON SITE INCLUDING CAMPING AREAS.
This may not be the norm but we do not operate or own the bar, this is run by the landowners who have given us permission to hold the event on their land.
The venue also has a strict license in place due to the scientific grading on some of the areas on site which include protected species and as such have stipulated a no-alcohol (even in the camp sites ) to be brought on to the festival site.
The Bars are fully stocked and there is also a Craft Ale bar too!
A Pint or a Single Spirit with a mixer is £5 (double spirit with mixer £7)
If you feel you are unable to adhere to this rule, please dont purchase a ticket as we are unable to change this ruling.

And so the legend was re-born, Voltairre came amongst them, the maddening crowd split leaving her standing alone, eyes as bright as a lightning strike. Then the Riff shredded, the crowd attacked and surged at each other in a Rock n Roll fuelled frenzy, little did they know as she spiralled out of control her evil energy cut through them with her lance and changed their DNA forever.
From there in they were destined to rock, mainly as followers, disciples some would say, but for some the lance had infected their heart that day and their destiny was not to follow but to lead, the mosh pit was born and she had taken more souls for her 27 club, they just didn’t know it yet! - Monsters of Rock (Survivor)

Unfortunately we lost two bands before the event as Bernie Marsden hadn’t recovered in time from a major operation and Hells Addiction had to pull-out due to unforeseen circumstances. We decided not to replace Bernie with another band as this then cancelled out any minor stage clashes we had, Hells Addiction were replaced by Scruffy Bear
